Caving to the pressure

You've worn me down.

I must tell you that pretty much no one in my real life even noticed I got my hair cut-including my own mother. It just doesn't look any different, other than being shorter.

I hate getting my picture taken, let alone posting it online, so this post may disappear soon.

And I thought I was pretty immune to peer pressure. Sheesh.

  1. It is beautiful!

When my hair is as long as yours I always get frustrated with knots and tangles from it rubbing on my coat collar...Then I cut it.

It is soooo nice to see you!
I know, I hate the whole picture thing too. Chelsea loves to have her picture taken, and most of the time she looks great in them too. Must be the confidence and youth.

  2. BEE-YOO-TIFUL!!!!!!! I love you Keeka, and you're so pretty! Love that length of hair on you!!!! I miss you SO MUCH!!!! I wish I didn't have to work over Easter so I could see you :( xoxoxoxo

  3. I don't like the whole picture thing either....but you are very pretty friend!

From your profile photo I have always pictured you with shorter hair...I can't believe you got so much cut off and it is still that length...very lovely hair. Your girls look like you...Thanks for posting your photo!

  4. Mrs. Rabe,

I must admit my profile picture is 3 1/2 years old or so, dating back to shortly after the last time I got a lot cut off. Clarence already had that pic in the computer, so I used it and never changed it out.

  5. That's a great picture! I bet it feels a lot shorter to you!

    Have a great day!

  6. It's amazing what our momma's can get us to do! :)

Thanks for sharing the pretty picture. It's nice to be able to put a face with the name.

  7. I love it too, Karen. Thanks for leting me see. Let me ask a question. Why do we have no trouble calling our children beautiful, which they are, but are never comfortable with our own looks? I love it and you have always been a good looking girl. LAS

  8. p.s. i shy away from the camera too. :)

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with me!
