I really am still alive. This has been a busy week-we started a new (huge) co-op on Monday, our regular (small, close friends) co-op was on Tuesday, Wednesday was the typical busy day with church and quiz practice. I decided I'd better post something to my blog today or you'd all think I'd given it up.
Julianne's latest crochet creations are above. She is having so much fun trying out the different flower patterns as well as all the colors that embroidery floss offers.
I learned something new, too, that I'm testing out here. I've never known how to add a watermark to my photos but now I do. I know, it isn't all that exciting to anyone except me but it did prompt me to post something today to try it out. Can you even see it?
I don't know how to do that either!
ReplyDeleteI can see it, but it is nice that it doesn't take away from the photo!
Oh these are beautiful! I see the daffodil! I can't wait to try some things with these:>)
ReplyDeleteI don't know how to do watermarks but my photo program allows me to write on my photos. Which reminds me that I really should do that!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flowers!
Stay warm!!!
Kim
Kim,
ReplyDeleteThat's really all this is, just writing across the photo. I just had never tried figuring out how to do it before and it was no big deal once I tried.
I think Julianne's flowers are beautiful! She has great talent! I would pay her to make me something with flowers and the bright colors!! Ask her if she would be interested!!
ReplyDeleteHi Karen, the girls' work is beautiful! Uncle was so sad that he missed the Quiz. After living with his defective memory all these years, wouldn't you think he would keep a calander? He told me about your trip. I can't wait to see you but you don't want to be here now. it is as cold here as there with lows in the 30's tonite. Brrrrrrrr. My days off are thursday and friday. i hope we can work something out. Love ya LAS
ReplyDeleteYep - I can see it. I started doing that a while back when I found a few of my photos on someone else's blog. But I just can seem to get in the habit or remember each time.
ReplyDeleteI really only want to learn how to crochet so I can make little crocheted flowers. They are so sweet.
